City Walk Catering has offers unique catering meal packages and amenities to our clients to help them customize an order that works best with their event needs. We are based out of Owensboro, KY in the downtown area and have the ability to travel across the tri-state providing a range of services. Delivery Service
IDelivery service includes:

Casual Catering Service
ICasual catering service includes:

Catering equipment (chafers, platters, serving utensils, dispensers, urns, etc.) for selected food items. We ask our clients to return these items to our office/kitchen located on the next business day after your event.

Delivery service to the designated location.

Help setting up the food and catering equipment.

Based on availability, choice of renting our dinnerware, flatware, and glassware or complimentary disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.
Formal Service
City Walk Catering offers formal catering events with three options for meal service: Buffet, Family-Style, and Plated. For family-style and plated events, an evaluation of venue logistics is required to ensure we have a food safe execution area that meets our needs. Below is the breakdown of what each type of dinner service includes and the cost.
Buffet Service Includes:

Catering staff, number of staff dependent on guest count.

Based on availability, choice of renting our dinnerware, flatware, and glassware or complimentary disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.

Set up of buffet line(s) with our catering equipment.

Setting table linens.

Folding and placing your linen napkins. (Additional pricing may be charged depending on the napkin fold’s degree of difficulty, please inquire).

Set up and clean up of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.

Two tray-passed appetizers from our inclusive appetizer list. Choice of upgrading appetizers available.

Choice of adding additional services to their order.

Family-Style Service Includes:

Family-style meal service. We will tray pass the entree options and serve side dishes in serving bowls. Family-style service equipment is not included; we do have them available to rent based on availability.
